Fibre can be found in a wide variety of plant-based foods, such as vegetables, fruits, wholegrains and legumes. Dietary fibre (or roughage) is the portion of plant-derived food that cannot be completely broken down by human digestive enzymes and, because of this, it acts as a bulking agent for waste matter, helping food pass through the digestive tract.
Lifeplan Dietary Fibre supplements provide three types of fibre: Hemicellulose 42%, Cellulose 28%, Pectin 27% (plus Lignin 3%, which acts like fibre in the digestive system). With added Sugar Beet Fibre.

Order Issues

Health Supplement Returns
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used supplement products.
We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 30 days of delivery.
